“The “Bed for Fred” appeal has now happened with huge thanks to Centrobed in Ashford (for designing and building) and John Webbo Webster radio Ashford and the Albion Pub and everyone else that has donated and raised money for him, his bed not only has been manufactured specifically for him, but is now installed and – fingers crossed – he is sleeping safely and beautifully.

Freddie is growing so amazingly tall and soon will not be able to go into a normal buggy and the next step is a mobility aid- I don’t like to call it a wheelchair as there is so much stigma attached to this. One day Freddie WILL walk – albeit small steps but he will. For now though mummy Zoe Samantha Badham needs to get “big bro” Thomas to and from school safely. Project “Fred’s Wheels” is born. Who’s with me? Xxx”
